All orders $100 or above will receive free standard shipping. Additional fees may be incurred for expedited shipping.
Some products such as Raw, Virgin, and single donor products may require a 7–14-day processing time prior to shipment and is expected to be delivered within 10-20 days from date order was placed.
All or any products shipped from the China facilities will also require 12-20 business days shipping time.

We accommodate returns and exchanges within 15 days of the shipping date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. However, customized products CANNOT be refunded.
15 DAY RETURN POLICY
- Online purchases (gifts excluded) made through Celebrity hair are valid for exchange and return within 15 days from the date you've received all your item(s).
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and come with all original tags and their original packaging. If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. (if the original strap attached to the u part wig is cut off, or the wig has been washed and dyed, the item will be not seen as an unused condition)
- Free returns and exchanges are provided for United States, customer only, if the items are deemed exchangeable or returnable. Refunds will be processed in a timely manner once your returned package is received and inspected.
A refund will be directly issued to your original payment account.
