All or any products shipped from the China facilities will also require 12-20 business days shipping time.

Orders being shipped in the US can expect shipping time/ 7-10 business days. Express Shipping: Shipping Time / 3-5 working days.

International orders will be shipped from China and will incur shipping fees.

Our goal is to give our customers a great online shopping experience and extraordinary customer satisfaction. Celebrity Hair values our customers and in the event of unsatisfactory products. We accommodate returns and exchanges within 15 days of the shipping date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. However, customized products CANNOT be refunded. 

15 DAY RETURN POLICY

• Online purchases (gifts excluded) made through Celebrity hair are valid for exchange and return within 15 days from the date you've received all your item(s).
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and come with all original tags and their original packaging. If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. (if the original strap attached to the u part wig is cut off, or the wig has been washed and dyed, the item will be not seen as an unused condition)
•  Free returns and exchanges are provided for United States, customer only, if the items are deemed exchangeable or returnable. Refunds will be processed in a timely manner once your returned package is received and inspected.

A refund will be directly issued to your original payment account.
